“alter” means …
“alter” means something like dude but we have many other german words for dude…
“ne” is something like the english “eh”
you put it mostly in the end of a sentence
example: ziemlich gutes wetter ne? (english: pretty great weather eh?)
but if you talk like that in germany you would sound like a lower social person^^
