Need Level 3 German Course For UCSD Credit!!!?

I just finished up at UCSD and I’ve moved back to the LA area and I just need to take German 3 to finish up my degree. I’ve been having a hard time finding a comparable course at a city college in the LA county and Ventura county system. I’ve looked on assist.com but any place that is said to have it says they don’t when I call them. Does anyone know where I can find a level 3 German class at a community college in the LA or Ventura county system?

I’m going to be of no help probably, but goodluck with this. I had to finish up some classes for my degree too (at UCSC) and it basically wasn’t offered anywhere else (especially when I checked the Assist website). BUT you can take it at another UC and have it transfer over..so if you are close to UCLA, you could take it during the summer session if UCSD accepts it. That’s how Santa Cruz is at least. Hope this helped a little :)

I am looking for a partime German Language course in West Yorkshire, any ideas?

Wish to learn german, I need the course to be a few hours a week, in west yorkshire starting April if possible.
Anyone know of any??
Danke

It depends how seriously you want to study, but if you’re really serious about it, the University of Leeds may be able to help you. I’m at the University of Salford, and here there’s a ‘languages for all’ program where you can learn a language for a couple of hours a week and it’s open to the public. Leeds also has a very well-respected languages department, so it’s possible that they offer something similar.
Otherwise, maybe contact your local higher education college, as they may have evening courses on offer.

i want to know good universities in germany with course language german and major physics.?

my german is not enough for german courses and i look for a good university for an exchange program

German universities are all generally quite good in physics, since science is something very valued in German culture. However, to receive the best science instruction, I would recommend a "Technische Universitaet" (technical university, similar in nature, but not in quality, to MIT or Rochester Insitute of Technology, etc.) However, these Technische Universitaeten would not have the greatest German instruction. Similarly, a university famous for its German and German literature programs (Heidelberg comes to mind) does not have the greatest Physics program. Potential solution: pick a general university in a large German city, maybe the Humboldt Universitaet in Hamburg, or the Uni in Bremen or Munich. They will have strong programs in both German and Phsyics.

I want to learn German. Can you recommend a good home study course that will teach me to speak proper German?

I’m of German descent and would like to learn the language of my heritage. And besides, I’m looking for a new hobby. My main concern is that I want a course that teaches me to speak it correctly, I’m not interested in speaking just "converstational" German, I don’t want to sound uneducated (I have relatives who still speak German both here and in Europe but up to now I’ve only been able to speak with them in English). I want a course that teaches me to speak the language well if I’m willing to put in enough time — I’m willing to work on this for an hour a day for the next year or so … longer if that’s what it takes.

rocket german is a very good course to learn german.

You can download the course online.

Hope it helps.

Good Luck!
